Groovy Sunset Soul Skate

And this is my first composition ever. And I mean it. EVAR. Before or after deviant art, past lifetimes, alternate dimensions, and whatever else I'm missing, this is the first one thats drawn, colored, and completed.

About this drawing. You guys ever see Air Gear? Its an anime that tries very very hard to be like Jet Set Radio and fails very very hard at it as well. Its got some good ideas and music though, which is the only reason I still watch it. Nonetheless, stuck by inspiration I ended up drawing this. The character is mine and she'll prolly be in other drawings or in scraps.

First time trying to color glass. I prolly pulled it off but I think the building to the left is a little sketchy. First time fiddling with the brushes for the sparks on her grind. The corona around her got caught up in the motion blur thing so you'll see it warped as well. Tell me if that looks good or not cuz I have no idea from staring at this for so long. Also, if anyone can tell me if the picture is balanced good that'd be sweet. I was thinking of embedding text on the building to the left to even out against the right.

Very proud of it, especially the toning and after shrinking it. Don't let that stop you from tearing into though. Go ahead and tear it a new one. Tear ten new ones if you've got the stamina for it. Compliments are always welcome too.
